Addressing Issues with the Policy Any questions, concerns, or issues arising from the insurance policy, including claims, must be addressed directly with Sure Insurance Services Limited. Comparedentalturkey.com is not involved in the administration, management, or resolution of insurance claims.
Booking and Payments
Booking Process
When you book a treatment through our Platform, you will be required to pay a booking fee. This fee is part of the total
treatment cost and will be deducted from the final amount payable to the clinic.
Refund Policy Booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Any refund requests related to the treatment must be directed to the clinic.
Price Quotes and Budgeting
Estimated Quote
The initial price quotes you receive from clinics through Comparedentalturkey.com are estimates only and are subject to
change upon your arrival at the clinic and after a full X-ray is conducted. Without comprehensive X-rays, clinics are
unable to determine if any additional treatments are necessary.
Budgeting You are advised to budget extra money for the possibility of additional treatments. Comparedentalturkey.com is not responsible for any price disparities that may arise due to these additional treatments.
Confidentiality and Data Protection

Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Ciarb Cost Controlled Expedited Arbitration Rules under the CIARB business arbitration.
